Washington High Plains Potato Leek Soup is a garden blend of leeks and other greens that make this soup a year round favorite. Cooked and ready to enjoy in 40 minutes, serve warm with diced ham, or chilled and pureed with a dollop of sour cream!

Idaho potato, leek, celery, onion, scallion, dill weed. thyme, bay leaf

1.5 lbs baby red potatoes, chopped but not peeled or 24 oz, frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup light or heavy cream
