Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to addresses in the Continental  US on orders of $50.00 and over. Free shipping uses our Standard Shipping service. You have the option of paying for Priority Shipping if you want faster delivery,

HANDLING
All orders ship from our store in Ithaca, New York. Your order will ship within four business days, usually much sooner.  We take great care in packing your order so it arrives safely.

We use biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts and where possible, reuse clean paper and bubble wrap from packages we receive from our vendors. If an item is especially fragile we may also use styrofoam sheets. Any styrofoam we use comes from packages we receive.

RETURNS
Please see our returns policy for details on our FREE 90 Day Returns.

 It is your responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If the shipping address you supply does not show as valid in our software we will hold your order and contact you for a valid address. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you for a correct address and you will need to pay any additional shipping charges incurred to have it resent.
