Inspired by the classic Whiskey Sour cocktail, this jam combines the zesty brightness of lemon, the sweetness of satsuma oranges, the warm depth of allspice, and the rich undertones of vanilla, with a hint of whiskey-infused goodness. A wonderful compliment to cheese, a delicious addition to a charcuterie board and delicious slathered on hot homemade biscuits. Pairs perfectly with soft cheeses such as goat or cream cheese or enjoy it with blue cheese or brie on your next charcuterie board.
