Rescue Me Balm is a hard balm and a little goes a LONG way!

For use on small skin areas: 
Rub your fingers over the balm to warm it slightly, then gently massage onto distressed skin.
For use on larger skin areas: 
Scoop a small amount using your fingernail, warm it between your fingers to soften, then apply gently to distressed skin.
