Cold smoked for 48 hours over Northwest alder wood, this is one of our most intense varieties of flavored salts. The fragrant campfire aroma brings to life many flavor profiles, varying from earthy, rich, to even sweet dishes. All natural and additive free and perfect for meats (bacon especially!), use as a finishing salt for spreads, barbeque and seafood.
