Stay at Home - Week II Update

Well, we made it to Friday, at least I think that's what day it is! How was your week? I hope you’re in good health and good spirits and finding a way to make the most of this difficult time. We've been sheltering here at home for two weeks and I know some of you have been at home longer than that and others may just now be settling in.

This week I did what I suspect a lot of you are doing - I cleaned. In the process I found all kinds of treasures including this great old folk art Fresh Pies sign which we purchased three years ago at one of my favorite flea markets. It's now hung and better late than never I guess! I smile every time I see it.

Rhubarb, primrose and daffodils are all up the garden this week and the forsythia will be budding out any day. Daily walks are sustaining us and we're enjoying savoring every delicate detail of the new season. Before we know it, it'll be time to plant peas!

Be well and take good care of yourself and one another!
