The Lowdown On Our New Rewards Program

A new simpler rewards program is coming very soon. While our currents points-based system worked and many of you took advantage of it, many of you have also expressed confusion and frustration with the program. Now there’s a better way. Next week we’ll be switching to a program based on store credit. No more turning points into coupons and having to remember to add the coupon at checkout. Just check one box that says "apply store credit".

When is this happening?

Tuesday, June 16th

What will happen?

On Tuesday morning the old rewards program will be replaced by the new one. Any purchases made after that time will begin earning store credit. Your points from the old system will be available as store credit later in the day.

How is the new program different?

Each order will earn 5% store credit instead of points. Use them by checking a box at checkout to apply the credit to your order. Unlike the old program, you’ll be able to combine rewards credit with any coupon sales we are running.

For your birthday we’ll send you $5.00 credit instead of 500 points.

PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will expire after one year from purchase.

Will I lose my points?

No. Your points will be converted to store credit.
