What a wonderful little tool! I've seen flimsy plastic versions but this stainless steel herb stripper is just weighty enough to feel right in your hand as you work. I already used it to strip thyme leaves (smallest hole) for a foil chicken packet with mushrooms, carrots, sweet red pepper and onions and it was indispensable. As inexpensive as it is, I can't believe I did without for so long.
