What we love:
This early waste bowl has a beautiful stick & sponge hand-painted floral pattern and a classic shape and form. Waste bowls were originally used during afternoon tea to empty cold tea before refilling a cup with hot tea and to hold spent tea leaves or any dregs left in the bottom of the cup.  This piece has hand-painted stick & sponge florals & leaves in vivid red & blue.
