We’re thrilled to offer this outstanding antique English ironstone pitcher manufactured by the W. Baker & Co, in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, England in the mid-1800s!
The the shape features an elegant ribbed pattern and intricate and delicate pattern of raspberry canes, leaves, blossoms and fruit.
It measures 12“ tall and is 8” across from spout to handle.
The handle has beautiful embossed details and shape.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
It has some finish irregularities from the manufacturing process and age including a very small discolored spot on the handle and a glaze miss on the body of the pitcher.
The color is bright white with richly embossed detail all around.
A printed maker’s mark on the bottom features the lion and unicorn figure.
A rare piece and perfect for a big bouquet of summer flowers or for serving at your table!
